PT PMA is a limited liability company that has a foreign direct investment of 1-100%. In PMA, foreigners are permitted to invest in and own a company without the assistance of a native partner. In PMA, foreigners may serve as proprietors, directors, or commissioners.

The PMA incorporation process takes about 2-3 weeks. This excludes the national and public holidays.

Unfortunately, the KITAS extension will not be feasible without the submission of a physical passport and biometrics.

Upon arrival, you will be issued a 60-day visa to remain in Indonesia, which could be extended twice, and the visa will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Kindly be advised that the minimum required passport validity for entry into Indonesia, as well as for visa extension purposes, is six months from the intended date of entry, in accordance with the current regulations.

● Submit the necessary documents, including the current KITAS, passport, and sponsor letter.
● Pay the renewal fee.

● Ensure the application is submitted before the current KITAS expires.

 

An NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) is an Indonesian Tax Identification Number issued by the Directorate General of Taxes. It is required for individuals and businesses to conduct tax-related activities in Indonesia.
